How thick are the sliders? There are some that are only 1" tall.

Sliders are 1” and base that you must use is 1”.
Here is a pic of one of my guys that is 6’5”
Fits with no problem.

One installed! Going home! Just welded in seat stud bolts. 5/16 x 3”. Use 3.5” next time. Rock solid. No adjustments.

It feels like it. This mod started easy then it’s been a pain in the ass. I could have build two small block chevys in this time frame. Just couldnt get past the ocd. Honda definitely did have this mod in mind. I’m going to try it this way then improve.
I’m riding this weekend. It can rain or snow. Bring it on.

Would have been a lot easier if I could have found a nut Zert tool today! It’s right! It just didn’t meet my goals. Wanted it easy swapped back and forth. Fail
Seats are not adjustable. Set up as far back as possible. Fail.
Seats easy to remove without tools. Fail. 4 nuts

Low as I can go using popo seat frame. Major work to drop another 1”. I like the seat height- I can see the front bumper now.
