I just traded in my 2004 Arctic Cat 400 for this 2017 P500.
When I picked it up it wouldn't fit on my small trailer, so I had to drive it home from the dealer.
I almost have my larger trailer completely finished so I can haul it around now.
I redecked it, new led lights and wiring, re welded the fenders and paint/ bedliner.
I just installed a strong made bumper and still have a superwinch terra 45 sr to install.

I'm really starting to like that green color! Nice job on the trailer too! It's going to be a lot wider now, with the "drive over the fender" style....

You've got the front end set up right! Now add a tool box and strongmade basket on the back and you'll really love it! Also, $40 HID lights are a huge difference!

I'm going from a 5x8 to this 16' long trailer.
Defiantly an upgrade from my old one.
All in I'm about $730 into the new trailer.

Looks good. I've debated to build a bed out of wood. Are you going to U bolt it to the rack? What dimensions did you make it?

The bottom plywood is 3/4" 46"x30"
The sides are 2"x6" boards 30" long and the insides are 2"x6" boards 43" long.
It will be u-bolted to the rack with stainless hardware.
The only thing I needed to buy was the u-bolts
