You’d need a cab and chassis to do an 11 ft. I’d do steel, I’m cheap

Man this frame was crusty. Started wire wheeling all this garbage off it and prepping for por 15 and paint. Shortly the bed build will commence.

Been working on the flatbed today, she’s turning out pretty freakin sweet. Dimensions ended up being 92”x 9’5”. All my math and measurements seem to indicate this will be a nearly perfect size for the pioneer to fit on. Once I finish the frame work and lights, then I’ll work on getting the stacks reinstalled and hooked back up, then deck I’ll be using e track to strap the sxs down and it will have underslung toolboxes as well.

Final shot for today. Can’t wait to test fit the sxs on it. I’ll finally get to go ride somewhere besides home without having to rent a trailer.

Tiny bit of progress today even though I feel like s***. Mocked up the tail lights and installed the new license plate light. The other two tail lights and all the wiring garbage will be waiting for me when I get home.

Almost done. Having to reinvent my stacks, but she will still have them. Should be done in the next week or two.

Almost done! The pioneer fits perfect. Just a few loose ends to tie up and she’s ready to hit the road.

I have the steel, just haven’t started building it yet. Ran out of grinder wheels.

None at all. It’s sitting on them. I’ve got a set of 4x4 factory lift blocks and air ride going on it.
