P1000 A stock 2017 pk1 beat me

Ok then my brother in law has a 2017 all stock with 27s and I have the new power commander V with 28s and he smoked me right of the line and he kept pulling. Something isn't right. Could I get some help on when you guys have done on the laptop with the fuel trim and ignition because this just isn't right thank you

Stock 27’s are a little less than 26” depending on what 28’s could be a 2”+ difference.

How much weight have you added in accessories?

Welllll... if you really want to narrow it down. Swap wheels and tires and do it again. That’s the first thing I would do.

As stated it's likely the tires. Stock ones are really about 26 and that makes a big difference. Get a tape measure and compare. Might as well measure your peckers too while you're at it.

The PCV doesn’t make a huge difference. Even with intake and exhaust, you have to change the cam for the AT cam for it make any real difference, but that opens up need for moly clutch basket and the IGR because you lose grunt. Which is why the AT and the P1K have different cams anyway.

Did you swap rides and try again - to eliminate it being the driver? Also there is sport mode.
