Picked up my red deluxe on Christmas eve. Winch and mount, rear bumper, rear view mirror, A-arm and skid plate were also ready for pick up. All the accessories were installed Christmas day. First ride was the next day. 60 mile round trip to Knik Glacier.View attachment 10293 View attachment 10294

Would have made it if the RZR in front of me didn't get stuck! Was able to Pull that same RZR though a mile of this stuff, even with a broken CV. He toasted his Primary, it had a groove worn into it. Replacement belt last 500 yds.

Not positive, but I think they were 2" diameter .25" wall

Why I'm asking is I didn't want to do the full lift. I was hoping just an inch might do the trick. I'm worried if I went 2 in the front it would help mud compact under the vehicle. What do you think?

The kit that comes with 4 only fits front? Do you know pipe size in the front?

Just put a caliper on it, 2.5" OD.

Never thought about it compacting the mud. Don't think it will cause you to get stuck any worst than if you didn't lift it 2"

I think your front end is lifted higher than the rear when your powering through mud anyways.

No I knew that. I don't care if I have to replace clutches in this it's such a better system! Ya I'll bet that became a lot more costly. It's so funny hearing people occasionally say thier belt lasted them forever b.s.

What really pissed him off, was that he just spent a butt load of $ on a lift, tires, sound system, clutch kit, and a blower for the clutch housing that week. Maiden voyage. I brightened his day when I said I wasn't going to let him leave it in the woods overnight.

The spacers are just preloading the springs. It will work on a stock machine

We haven't made plans for the weekend yet. I know my boys were going to help out at a friends farm off of Palmer Fishhook. Might be able to just drop the off and keep going north.
