Bumper looks great! I wouldn't mine having a bumper like that with the bar closer to the front and stick a light bar behind it.

It is powder coated. Textured black and textured red

Been to Canada 9-10 times fishing, pulling a boat, no issues with a boat crossing the border, but I wonder what they would think about a S x S

We are planning a trip to Michigan in the spring, don't think there would be a issue as long as you have a ownership.

They only care if you plan on leaving it there, or selling it.
Make sure you have insurance coverage for Canada. Especially theft.
