I think the outbacks are pretty close to actual height but yah air them down to 8 and measure them for us please.I wonder if the extra half in of lift with hilifter kit would have been enough for no rub?I sure like those tires though.

These tires are 8ply and real stiff, you'd have to air them down to probably 5 psi before they got any shorter.

I can assure you that they will not fit comfortably with any lift that does not include forward offset a-arms, doesn't matter what wheel. These tires are just big, and must adjust accordingly.

Got the vent lines ran up behind the air box and stuffed behind the seat for everything except the front diff and fan motor. I don't plan on getting 5 feet under water, and thats about where the lines are at this point.

Also moved the rear roof clamps from the factory locations to lower the roof about an inch, now I have just enough room to drive in and out of the garage with the roof on.

Also installed the 1/4 Windshield/wind deflector. I am happy how it turned out.

Ordered CATVOS A-arms front and rear today, as well as 1" wheels spacers for the rear so I can run stock wheels. The spacers themselves should keep the front and rear all lined up. Right now I am sitting at 63" in the front and 61 in the rear even with the 30x10's on factory wheels, but that is probably from the StrongMade Lift which pushes the A-arms down, which also sucks them in towards each other.

Also ordered the Super ATV winch mount and Warn ProVantage 4500-S, as well as a KFI winch cable isolator.

Waiting on Mystic to make me my switch plate, but ordered a ram mount, voltmeter, USB port-switch, and all the switches I can see myself ever needing for the bike as well.

Lots of money spent today, but I am looking forward to getting it all together, then I'll be done for awhile. Or at least that's what I keep telling myself.

Also, I will be selling my StrongMade lift if anyone is interested, it has probably 2 miles on it. I would let it go for $110, or 100 plus the cost of a small flat-rate box, which is $6.80 if you want to get precise lol. Should be ready to remove from my rig this weekend and could ship out Monday.

Nice build! I just ordered the warn provantage 4500 yesterday as well. The warn 4500 was definitely more, but the last 2 I have had never let me down and have been through alot of stuff. I don't see where the others really tout being sealed, and warn does. I also don't intend on swamping the bike at all - but sometimes stuff happens that you don't expect. Still trying to figure out which winch mount to go with though. And roof, and windshield. Looking forward to watching you add the extras to your P1000.

Here's how she sits now, hopefully my a-arms show up before the weekend. Couldn't hardly ride it the way it sat anyway, so figured I would get a head start when I had spare time.

Super ATV Winch Mount came in and I am happy with my purchase, simple yet effective design and 1/4" steel.

I've still got the instructions that came with it of that counts!
Hahaha. I still might grab it from you. I need to put it in my camper again and check the clearance with the larger tires. Are you in a rush to get rid of it?

Nope, the rear lift is still mounted and CATVOS now says my arms wont be here till Monday anyway.

Got all that work done yesterday to prepare for a boring weekend without riding or even wrenching.

I doubt I will pull the hauler out of storage for a couple weeks unless I run across some free time I don't anticipate.

Finally got my CATVOS in and installed this evening. It went well, only a few complaints.

For the front, the bushing-tubes on the upper control arms were too long, and when trying to install them with the factory bushing end caps into the frame slots, it was a real pain to keep the caps on the bushings and shove the damn thing in there. Took lots of beating and just brute force to get the passenger side in. I tried to do the same with the drivers side but gave up as that tube was about 1/8" too long. Naturally I did not think to grab my angle grinder from my shop back home in Little Rock when I was gathering my tools to install in Fayetteville, so had to make a trip down to a machine shop and borrow their bench grinder to shorten it. Wouldn't have been a problem if I had my whole tool inventory at my disposal. Still gotta align it tomorrow as well.

The rear was more of the same. The lower control arms were too narrow to get into the factory frame slots, so I had to bend the frame ears just a tad and force them up in the frame too. Gunna be a real pain to take them off and on for alignment tomorrow. But where these arms bolted to the factory knuckle, the shock mounts, and the sway bar mounts were fine where I know others have had issues. I would like to see the ears that bolt to the factory knuckle on the rear to have some sort of boxing done on them. Hope they stand up to abuse.

Another very interesting note: the "3 inch lift" from CATVOS is actually 1" shorter in the back and 1/2" shorter in the front than my Strongmade 2" lift, which we know from Jackal is exactly 2" of lift. Same tires with same PSI when measuring. I wish I had of gotten dimensions on the stock suspension with the 30's before I installed the 2" kit. I can see a lot of people being pissed about this, but I am not as I like to trail ride most and don't enjoy the top-heavy feeling that larger lifts have.

Also got my Warn ProVantage in on Friday. Not too happy, as the free-spool selector was cracked all the way across when I opened the box. However, I am sure this is from the UPS guy, and Warn has a new selector assembly on its way as of Monday at no charge. Still trying to figure out where I want to mount the remote control outlet. I would like to be able to access it from outside the cab on the drivers side as I will have a rocker switch on the dash on the inside.

You could put it here. The switch and remote outlet both accessible from outside the cab or the drivers seat.

That's a good idea. I didn't mount my remote plug because I was using a switch in the cab and I didn't see any good location for it. I might go back and do this.
