I had a busy weekend and didn't get as much done as I thought I would, and didn't have all the right parts but I did get the following all installed and wired up:
winch
PDM
switch panel (big shout out to @mystic1219 for the hookup on the panel)
1 X 12" light bar
Still need to install the relay to power the PDM (currently have a 30 amp relay in place which works because I only have 1 12" light bar as of now) and am waiting on some interior lights and roll bar clamps to get the rest installed.

Feels good to have all of the infrastructure in place, now adding things will be quick and painless (as painless as drilling holes in my P1K can be)
I don't love the light bar so I ordered a second matching one and I will mount one on the bumper below the headlights on each side of the machine and replace the middle 12" bar with a 20-24" and bire all of them to the same relay and switch.
Here are a couple of photos of the progress so far, I will update with more soon.

I've been away from the forum for a bit (summertime is boating time) so here is an update of the progress:
I got the front lights all done, 2 x 12" bars and 1 22" high output bar and 2 cubes on the hood . the new light setup us sweet, the center is a spot'flood with long range spots and either side is also a spot/flood combo but they are angled a few deg. (makes the cubes redundant, I often angle the cubed to almost 90 deg for sidelight)

Bed extender in and temporary radio. (i'm saving my pennies for a hard roof with a builtin stereo but this works for now)

I finally installed the skid plate and a arm guards, its now a tank. The pics are not the best, I installed with jackstands so the angle is bad.

I didn't like how much it came into the front wheel wells so I trimmed it back.

I have shredded my stock tires, so picked up a set of Tusk Terrabite 28" on some beadlock rims

I got the switch panel done(although not all the switches are wired up) and added a gps unit. also cleaned up under the hood, and added some additional isolator & circuit breakers like CumminsPusher suggested.

Sorry that all the pics are dirty, this thing hasn't been clean since day one.

Still to come:
Turn signals
Backup lights
better stereo
gun rack
remote spotlight
Hard roof (either aluminum or a custom with stereo/lights)

Once again thanks to all on this forum for all that you doo.

Looks really good!!! Never apologize for a dirty rig. There are too many trailer queens out there around me that get no respect imo.

@scott took that 700 places one handed while filming with his phone I would not have attempted in a rental.

I'm pretty rough on most things I buy honestly. I buy things to use and get full use out of them. lol. I'll get power steering one day when I'm 50, maybe lol. Or my next ride.

Did you have your lift kit in when you installed your Tusk Terrabite 28"?

No lift, wanted to try stock and so far all is good. Went on a 60 mile ride the other night and no rubbing at all. Tires are way smoother than the stock ones.
