No playing with the Pioneer for me for a couple days. Bottom crankcase seal, valve stem seals, and crankcase vent seal. Will probably go ahead and lap valves while I got it down that far.

Lol yeah they wouldn't have been too happy with me. I love the mud holes at that place. Small and innocent looking. Plus lots of trees to winch off of lol. I gotta pick up a tree saver and some pulleys. I had to winch at a pretty sharp angle.

I went out there yesterday. Look at the mud line on the side of my vehicle. Oh yeah, no winch required! But close

I could've made it without the winch but was at too much of an angle. Wheels on one side were totally useless. I was actually lining up for another hole and kinda landed in that one by accident lol. I hate that the creeks are dried up. Miss running through the water

I

had to cut em... About 3/16"
That is just weird that some have to be cut and some are perfect right out of the box. Sporadic quality control is what that is. What's even weirder is that mine was one of the "good" ones. I never have luck like that lmao. Guess I should play the lottery or something huh? Lol

More than enough lighting? There is literally no such thing. You need a 52 inch bar. Bad.
In time my friend in time. I'm pacing myself lol. Besides, that bar was free.

Eyourlife has a nice 52 inch bar for 80 dollars on amazon with prime shipping. I had mine and BEAT.THE. SNOT out of it. Got some condensation, but it was still brighter than anything any of my rigid friends have 5 tines over. Gave it when I sold my polaris.

I truly recommend throwing pods and little bars in the trash and just running a 52(not really). I decided to go the smaller bar route this time, I'll be running six pods and a 20 incher.
Still got nothing even close to a 52 inch bar. I should have just got one of those. All these little critters will rotate to the sides after I get another 52.

Also, i live in alaska. It's light 20 hours of the day and not as light the other 4 in summer.

In winter its dark 20 hours and not as dark the other 4. It's dark by 5. You can never. Ever. Ever have too much light.

Okay here are some pics of the snorkel. First impression was this thing is cheap as h*ll! But then I picked it up. That hose is thick and very durable. The flat part looks like it might collapse under hard breathing by the motor but I tried to squeeze it shut and it wouldn't budge. It looks like they just heated it and flattened it somehow. The fittings are just 2" sch40 pvc.
If you could find where this hose came from, it'd be easy to build your own for a fraction of what I paid. I bought this mainly to see how they accomplished snorkeling this vehicle and still have a working dump bed (considering how many have tried and failed). The top section won't stay on there for long if at all. I'm gonna mount a ram air type scoop on it. Anyways here she is. It'll probably be Tues before I'll have time to mount.

Delton, So the pipe fits over the 2" shc40 pvc. That should put that Flex pipe at about a 2.5" I.D. ? How do you like it?
Thanks

I love the snorkel. Mainly cause it doesn't stick out both visually and physically. It's tucked behind passenger head rest. I'm going to extend it up to the roof and have the fittings do a U-turn over the rollbar. I worry about the water and mud those front tires throwing up. Well worth the money IMO.
