I’ve been working with Craig for a set up on the P500, life and work just keeps getting in the way. Hopefully all have a performance report about them in a month or so if my plans pan out.

I'm the biggest critic out there when it comes to aftermarket shocks for my rig. I've always said I wouldn't see much benefit considering the terrain I ride is usually very slow going. If they make me a believer, that's really saying something.

I’ve been seeing a lot of good stuff on them. Seems like there has been a few switching from Fox shocks and saying that the 814 perform better.

I'm confident they're better than Fox but all that adjustability isn't for everyone. Fox is a great choice for the less mechanically inclined that don't want to spend time dialing in a shock.

That is one reason I am waiting to hear your opinion of them :D

Man you know I'll tell it like it is. Good or bad. I'm gonna be totally pissed if I blew 650 on these things. I'm hoping having the Fox on the rear won't be a problem. I don't think it will affect it much. Frontend control is more important to me.

I had a Lectron on my Honda 350X when I bored and stroked it to a 425, it was a great carburetor!
I had set of 38s on my first dragbike a cbr1000f. They worked great but they didn't like the angle plus they were too wide for that setup. Sold them and went with 39 FCRs.

I was all set to pony up the cabbage for shocks on my Viking... then I decided to trade it for a Pioneer instead.

We ride slow. Divide the miles into the hours, and average speed is around 4mph.

The Fox shocks on my LE freakin ROCK. I've never ridden a Pioneer without them, but I can tell you the difference between the Viking on stockers and this... is amazing.

I have a feeling you will feel the difference, and you'll decide it was worth the money.

Mine is around 11mph which is still stupid low due to the street driving I do. I'm pretty confident I'll like them.

Yea, I get very little opportunity to ride street. My miles are daily around my 9 acres, and once or twice a month at our place in Idaho, which is all fire roads/skidder roads, off-trail etc..

Shipped out a set of tube doors this morning and got a set leaving tomorrow. Plus another almost done and ready. I'm getting pretty good at this sh*t.

So are you going after Fed Ex or UPS with your newly found "shipping skills." D?

I moved back to stock mount locations but kept bracket lift installed. So for now it has a little rake to it.

My gravel driveway has a pretty big washout running down it due to recent rains. Normally at around 30mph I can feel rig lean when it drops off in washout. And frontend is skittish. I didn't feel any of that today whatsoever. I mean zero. Felt like I was running a flat road. So that's promising.
