I've got the actual doors made just no latches or hinges. I busted my hump trying to get them before takeover. Just so many hours in a day lol.

I love em. With the bottom section of my windshield off, temp was perfect inside rig Saturday. They really help with airflow.

Started playing around with my frontend this morning coming up with a game plan and made an interesting discovery. The mount that I ripped off is different from the other 3 mount locations. It's only gusseted on one side. The rear mount has support on both sides.

Notice it's only gusseted on the bottom in this pic?. Here's a pic of upper rear...

There's no reason the front shouldn't have that extra support. Wouldn't interfere with articulation at all. Guess that's where I'll start.

Got an update on shipment of arms. They'll be here today instead of tomorrow. Normally I'd be thrilled but still waiting on other parts. I won't tear into it until everything is sitting in front of me. Gonna remove bumper and radiator for room and to protect from the heat. It'll be right before she runs over her next mud bank lol.

Anyone know where I can get a m10 flange bolt longer than 213mm? That's stock length. Looking for 250mm if possible. That's about all I can get away with before it starts rubbing boot on the steering. May run by local Fastenal store and see if they can order me one. Open to any other suggestions. Metric all thread maybe? Not sure if they even make it in 12.9. Guess Fastenal guys will know.

The ones you listed are 12.9 so I'm going with those. The all thread was just 10.9.

Just ordered 2 of the 260mm bolts. That should give enough room to add extra material to mounts. Thanks again Snuff!
