I agree.....Hmm, I noticed if I let gas off completely downshifting then it jerks, so I keep some gas and it down shift smoother.
I'm loving the paddle shift feature on the P-500, but I haven't learned how to make a smooth Down Shift. Any tips on this would be appreciated.

25 lol ur riding easy bro she loves the rs
Doing the first oil change made a big difference in the shifting smoothness.
True, there is direct correlation in number of oil changes and downshifting smoothness.
The more oil changes the more your skill level. So level up guys
It won't hurt a thing if you don't get it till 700.Going to ride it next 4 days and practice, lost my sleep , woke up at 4:30am this morning , had nightmare after watching new x files season . Ok , work till 3 pm then fun. Can't wait.
484 miles now, might be doing my 2 ND oil change in the field.

Just be sure you rpms are low enough for the gear your going down to and accelerate a little just as you down shift , Makes it smooth as butter with a little practice .I'm loving the paddle shift feature on the P-500, but I haven't learned how to make a smooth Down Shift. Any tips on this would be appreciated.
