Agh, sorry. New guy. Only been looking at the p1k with the airbox in the front.

What size pipe does a guy need. Off the filter box connection?

2" fits over the rubber elbow its better off using a 1.5"-2" adapter but i didnt have 1 and just wanted to get it done

Did you also extend the vent hoses? Or was the snorkel just to get the air intake a safer distance from possible deep water on occasion rather than as a regular occurrence

I havent done the vent hoses yet i dont know it i will i dont really swamp it ive just came close a few times from going over the intake on accident

That was sort of my concern too. I used to ride into anything without hesitation when I was a bit younger, but now I'm not quite as crazy as I once was. Plus sxs machines are a lot more work to get unstuck, especially when you kill it in the water or mud..

An added bonus i gained a bit of power too throttle response is better but on the road a hill by my house i could get to 30 31 mph now i can get 35-36mph

What did you use to paint PVC?

Just spray paint first primer then black

I use krylon just cuz i get it from work but im not a huge fan of it their primer is ok but the paint i wouldnt buy

Just make sure you primer first thats the important part

Any reason not to just use black abs pipe instead of pvc that needs to be painted?

Its not in a direct impact area so any pipe will do
