Tonight’s dinner. Bag of frozen veggies, Some sausage, shrimp, a half onion and Tony C’s and 30 minutes on the smoker in a cast iron skillet. I’m not the biggest fan of veggies but they were awesome!

Diver scallops are harvested by divers, not nets, much less gritty.

They come frozen at ALDI’s at $10 per 12 oz. very tasty too as I’ve been buying them for a few years.

They make ye regular...I too appreciate a fat juicy steak but all meat makes Me irregular.....
How did it come out having been heated up in the smoker? Are you using liquid smoke or actual wood chips? Ever try smoking with black cherry chips? Awesome on steaks, pork and salmon. Rich flavors!
