P700 Fuel pump doesn't run

Plowed snow yesterday tried to start today. Starter turned over but no fuel pump or dash lights

Seems to be alot of frozen Pioneers this year. Not sure what the deal is.

Anyways.
Check the fuel pump relay. It sends power to the fuel pump then 2 wires go to the display. But I cant tell where the display gets its power from.

Not sure this is the issue but hope it is.

Also, several reports of plugs coming loose as tho they were not fully secured from factory. Might check any you can find.

Check the 10a fuse under the hood marked "FI". I blew mine while doing some wiring and is had same symptoms
