P500 Hauler ideas????

Says I ended up with it, I didn't buy it, it is a company truck.
So if I can make it work I will. I just don't want to buy a truck just to use to go camping/riding.

The weight distribution is awsome. I'm pulling a 30' toy hauler with the p1000-5 on the front deck. It's 600 lb tounge weight before the sxs. I imagine I'm close to 2000lbs on the tounge loaded. I broke the first hitch (too tight of a turn).One with chains. I spent the money on a husky setup with bars. My 2500 only sags 1.5 " loaded up and you don't worry about cross wind or semis anymore.

pushes my 2500..

P5 weighs right at 1K correct? I doubt a 4,500 camper will have 650 pounds tongue weight, but I will check.

With all the mods my P5 is 1,300 lbs.

Hambone.... Look on the drivers side door pillar and you will find listed the maximum cargo weight available for your truck. This includes you, your passengers....the tongue weight of your trailer..everything. Even if you can get your P5 in the truck and the trailer hooked up, most likely you will be overweight.
I drive a 2012 F150 extended cab 5.0 ... Cargo weight listed for my truck is 1640 lbs

FYI, I solved my problem.
I bought 5 acres (more or less) in southeast KY. Camper parked there. Problem solved.
