All you gotta do is find that hose. The rest is 8 bucks worth of PVC connectors, hose clamps, and cable ties. I'd be glad to make copies of the installation instructions

That hose was a perfectly round they just smashed it to fit correct?

That's what it looks like. It's metal reinforced so I'm guessing the bent wire helps it hold its shape.

Consider a snorkel like I did. It's stupid simple and can be reverted back to stock in minutes.

The engine noise is from the intake. It seems to breath better with it. My camera is mounted pretty close to it.

Looks to me like its a hi-vac hose. Those thangs are super tough. Look up a hi-vac and you will see the hose. Its a common thing around work

Hi-vac hose is not smashable and hold the smashed shape. I guess could try hear gun .

That's what I'd like to eventually get for my kit. Seems all the really cheap ones come from China on eBay lol.

My buddy tried that hose that guy selling on the form here didn't work we try to squeeze in hole through the sides

That's why I just bought it too. Too much time n money wasted looking for the right hose. As far as I know that's the only one like that being sold.

dont they make 2 1/2" pipe.... i've looked high and low. pretty sure its 2" black cellular core. you can get it at travel trailer and mobile home service centers. it is sort of brittle.

The one I have I got with the snorkel kit is 2 1/2 inch and it's really strong

the stuff i had shattered when i got too close to a tree. splintered.... switched back to standard sch 40 pvc and beat the hell out of it many times. this was on my old big red 700. had it snorkeled behind the passenger rear pillar up to the roof.
