Anyone wire there 12v aux outlet to be powered all the time without the ignition turned on?

Reason is I wanted to trickle charger my battery through the cab compartment as it gets less messy with mud and what not in the cab, instead of beside the back tire where it's rediculous to leave a pigtail hanging for quick trickle charger connect.
Thanks

Hello.
Havent heard of anyone doing this. Most just use the charge adapter cable wired to the battery like normal. Adding a nice 2 prong charge port is fairly easy to do and the method I recommend.

Dash charger sockets a nice improvement, function and looks, with LED battery status level. Hooked to battery via winch contactor, Ctek example but many other brands avail.

I'm going to go this route since I use battery tender products. It's the smallest footprint socket I have found. I'll mount it in my dash and connect directly into my accessory fuse box feed, which is not keyed.
That’s the one I used as well, it’s mounted in a very inconspicuous spot on my dash out of the way of all the other switches and such, and as you mention, works with the BT products.

I don't use a battery tender, but I can see why you do, if you would give me keys to you homes and S x S's I could be your battery tender when your away! HA!

Leave mine plugged in all year round when not using it. The light on the back of the Jr tells you if you have a problem. Solid green is peace of mind that I have two fully charged batteries ready to go. ;)
Used to do that with my boat and had distilled water and a hydrometer, had one trolling motor battery last 12 years.

Lol, well you should, those cheesy stock batteries aren’t much and for the cost of one 30 pack you could have one on yours. You’ll love how hot it is. When I turn mine on the batteries at 14.4 volts. I bet yours isn’t.

Now why would I need a 30 pack of batteries! HA! My battery level is around 12.4 with no tender. But I give the pups a ride every three days when it's cold and more often when it's nice.

12.4 is not a hot battery. Get a battery tender Smitty

There pretty cool! My neighbors all have $ 15,000 Zero turns. I look at them mowing and they are bobble heads. I cruse a round in Joneize, smooth ride with a 5 foot mower in tow, drink beer, then finish up with a finish mower. My back and neck don't hurt! HA!

Seeing as no one really answered your question.
Have @Hondasxs make a custom harness for you. Ask him to supply a harness that goes from your battery to the cigarette lighter with a 10-15a fuse installed inline. Unfortunately you will need to access the battery one more time for the install though.
