That’s not the acronym for the battery tender. But I can’t believe you’re cool with your battery setting at only 75% charge in between rides when for the price of a 30 pack of beer you could be keeping a crisp 14.4 volt battery, shrug????

Seeing as no one really answered your question.
Have @Hondasxs make a custom harness for you. Ask him to supply a harness that goes from your battery to the cigarette lighter with a 10-15a fuse installed inline. Unfortunately you will need to access the battery one more time for the install though.
Better yet, keep the OEM keyed power 12V socket and for 3 bucks add a 12V socket with a +- lead straight to the battery for continuous power.

The only socket I have and will ever have is the factory one, every thing else is hard wired w/ switch and fuse panel.

Well, what I said was really meant for @Andy_w58 because I know that you’re going to take the hard way there. :D

Was hoping I could maybe use the accessory harness under the hood, is that live 24/7 without the key? Cause if it is, then all I need is a hot wire from there to a new installed 12v female outlet and the ground. That way I can charge through that without the key being on, keeping it simple

I don't know of any 24/7 live wires under the hood.
Which one of your machines is this on? Or plan to install on all 3?
If you are dead set on using the cigarette lighter.
Grab one of these from our store.
KEY ON POWER Harness for Honda Pioneer 1000, 700, 500, and Talon 1000.
Disconnect cig lighter from factory harness. Plug in new harness to cig plug, run the attached power line to the battery with an appropriate fuse installed.

There is a hot wire to the ignition switch. Just use a Solderless Quick Splice Snap Wire Connector and ground anywhere on frame.
