Did you ask cuoutdoors to see if it was ok to do so ?Lmao, I actually joined a KRX forum earlier in the week.
Nah. It may work that way on paper' but in reality those things are pretty bad ass and very capable in stock form. I spent a full day with a stock one in nasty trails in Tennessee. I was impressed. I have a lift on the pioneer and have not found it to be tippy at all.too long you’d need 35”+ to get same break over angle as pioneer on 28’s with no lift. I don’t want a lift makes it more top heavy than it already is.
Wouldn't all the 4 seat rzrs ect hit that weight?Haven't looked into it or anything, but a few were saying on farcebook that they had to register their KRX as a "regular vehicle" (whatever that means) here in AZ due to the weight. Guess #1800 is the cut off.
That is what the rule is, and the OHV Application Form is unambiguous, and over 1800 is subject to VLT fees. The factory declared weight is generally printed right on the MSO that is turned in when title is applied for, so it would be foolish for a dealer to risk their dealer license to fudge it. At 2500(?) lbs a vehicle is ineligible for an OHV sticker no matter what. The manufacturers really need to lobby the state to raise the threshold to 2499 lbs.Haven't looked into it or anything, but a few were saying on farcebook that they had to register their KRX as a "regular vehicle" (whatever that means) here in AZ due to the weight. They are 1669 lbs dry weight. Not heavy at all, no wonder they break so easy.Wouldn't all the 4 seat rzrs ect hit that weight?
Talon X4 dry wt is 1735lb.Haven't looked into it or anything, but a few were saying on farcebook that they had to register their KRX as a "regular vehicle" (whatever that means) here in AZ due to the weight. Guess #1800 is the cut off.
That’s the weight of the Pioneer. I guess something to be said about being 2 feet shorter.Talon X4 dry wt is 1735lb.
Makes even the RZR look heavy.
But if they can register there KRX it dosent seam like much of an issue.
Most states simply don't allow it.
Having to pay a little extra isn't that bad.
U are the storage expert.Went down and checked them out ,my wife said she liked the green one!Storage, camping gear, ect there is alot of room back there and its difficult to get behind seat since they don't fold.
I am 180* the opposite. I HATE paying any kind of tax most esp. for an offroad vehicle.Talon X4 dry wt is 1735lb.

I get that, and I am not an advocate of paying more fees.I am 180* the opposite. I HATE paying any kind of tax most esp. for an offroad vehicle.
