Molle panel under roof

I’m considering mounting a Molle panel or similar metal grid under the roof between the front seats. I’d like to mount a fire extinguisher and first aid kit there.

Has anyone seen this done? I’m thinking of using Velcro straps to the rops. I’m assuming the rigid plastic Molle panels. I’ve found an aluminum version or may use the kobalt metal shelf from Lowe’s.

any thoughts on this? Will it work? Bad idea? Thanks

I tried the kobalt wire shelf today but I think it’s a no go.

I’ve got a small backpack type first aid kit I’m trying to find a place for.

Ahhh ok. I dont have any pictures of it but, I have one of them suv trunk nets bungeed real tight over the back seats of my P1K5 and to put stuff up there often. Might work.
Or u can get a dry bag and use the under seat storage.

I was waning to use honda clamps like on the roof and windsheilds to attach to rops front and back (a and b pillar cross bars
