One thing I did want to say is the roof will have to be considered at 7 in as well. That will add 2 1/2 + inches overall in length to the ROPS and the roof will have to be addressed. If you were to angle or possibly move (if there's room) the c posts it's possible.

Hadn't thought of that. I may just copy the chop you did, if you don't mind that is.

Really? No I absolutely don't mind! It's all about how someone wants their rig for themselves. There are always differences in all of our pioneers I did take the roof into consideration and measured and came up with a little less on the extended part. When got done I measured and about crapped myself and had fingers crossed right up till the roof went on. If you look at pics it now actually follows the front two rails up. Almost all overhang is gone. The top section of the glass windshield lip will have to be trimmed to match but shouldn't be a problem

Cool. Thanks buddy! I'll be referencing your thread a bit then.
This is what I was talking about on the front edges. I took bolts out so you could clearly see. The middle row almost adjusts and back row is moved just a bit 0e48e7118fd36fc96214b9e753b6d6c8Fca83f311307ba1f06afeceebc082775 cut the brackets for the center front to drop the center about 3/8 I'm putting center bracket in the middle row just a little high so it'll eliminate the pool of water that sits there. The last pic shows spacing between roof and ROPS its about 3/16

Doing a little night riding tonight. We are at the halfway point and done about 40 miles so far. We may take the shortcut back. But it's about 13 miles of blacktop. Beautiful weather and clear sky's!

Ok, so we did have one slight issue last night. When cruising along and I unload the throttle, not slowing down or speeding up, but that in between where you are kind if coasting under power, something in the rear of the machine sounds like either a belt squeaking or kind of like running your fingernails real fast over a peace if canvas. This is new since the drowning. I'll be checking and replacing the diff oil before it goes back out but can't see why that could cause that noise. Thoughts?

I'm with Sharp on this. Consider going to a heavier viscosity it quiets it pretty well
