90% of it will come back off with the grinder anyway so I'm not worried. I got body filler to make it pretty again.Looking better Mopar! You've got penetration so that doesn't matter.

That's the same welder I used when I added the back seats, had never used a wire feed before, always used a stick welder in the past.Progress on the chop top so far, everything is lining up nicely after I cut 1.5 inches out if one c pillar to fix my boo boo. Everything but the b pillars are welded up now. Don't judge my garbage looking welds, I'm rocking a harbor freight 110v welder, they're ugly but solid.

Like you said they make a good weld, but a grinder and buffer are your best friend,I had problems with splatter.They work good, just hard to make a pretty weld
