Hey man, sorry I just saw this. I hear its about 4 hrs or so. They make pit stops along the way. About 90 miles there but the way back is quicker cause we take the roads. Overall its about a 10 hr deal.

How did you do the snorkel?

Hey man, sorry I just saw this. I hear its about 4 hrs or so. They make pit stops along the way. About 90 miles there but the way back is quicker cause we take the roads. Overall its about a 10 hr deal.

How did you do the snorkel?

I just litteraly finished it. 2" pvc elbows, about a 2' pc of pvc flex I had laying around the shop and two rubber couplings just so its removable.

This was test fitting it. Makes it A LOT easier to take off fender and door

I cut out the bottom of cup holder, 2" coupling fits in there snug so the top wont move around

it fits perfect under the lip of the windshield

I put rubber coupling there so I can take the top piece out if need be

trimmed the original pre filter to fit snug and found this Oakley test cap to put in there when transporting or pressure cleaning it.

Except for the flex pvc, I got everything @ homedepot, im into it maybe $20

Yeah it is. It does take some patience I dont have a lot of patience so it isn't as good as some

You're going to miss the cup holder. I bought my 1000-3 used, and it was snorkeled like that. I bought a new dash and terminated the snorkel under the dash. Having said all that, you did a great job. I like the internal PVC screen.

Thanks! Yeah the wife hasnt seen it yet, its her side I have to come up with something else for her cup holder. Going to try the ones at bottom of door first. I have them in the back for the kids

They look nice, im just worried about how far it may stick out, and then working the switches or what ever is mounted on panel behind what ever is in the cup holder

They don't stick out far at all.. Wiring will be fun, just depends on how you have em.. I will be down and you can check out mine if you wanna.. Mystics might be different!!

I put one on mine. I dont think there is much at all behind there,you can see under there when you take the hood off
