Stuck at the back of my property. It will crank and idle. No throttle. Will go in all gears. Engine will not rev. It's like the cable is broke. Any ideas. No tools.

I didn't know if it was drive by wire system but looks like it is still cable system. Can you see if the cable is working on the throttle body or not. Looks like I'm late to the party, but hopefully you aren't trudging through a foot of snow. Good luck.

There is a manual gear shift procedure near the back of the user manual but it doesn't look like it would help. There are a few tools under the hood.
The service manual is all about blinking indicators unless the oil level is low.
Wish I could offer more. Good luck man.

This is going to sounds stupid. But I think the gas cable froze. It's all better now.
Good news!
Service manual doesn't cover that.
Did the pedal feel stuck?

No the cable would not move. If you look down there there is a rubber "boot". Only travel the pedal had was the rubber getting pinched. Reached under where the cable goes out the front and pulled it around. Sounded frozen. Got back on the buggy, cranked it gave it has and it stuck wide open. Killed it with the key got back under the dash and saw the cable was now pinched outside the sleeve it rides in. Pulled it again and it went back in. All is good now. Kind of scary.

whayden had the same exact thing happen to mine. My good friend used it to Turkey hunt my property and got his bird and went to leave and it would hardly run. He finally got it started and limped back to the trailer @ idle and the next morning took it to the dealer and dropped it off (would not start there)....before he got out of town they called him and said it was ready for pickup. They hooked a computer up to it and found the throttle cable had some how popped out of what ever holds it in place under the dash.
Glad you were able to get it going.

I just glad one of the boys wasn't on it and had it in gear and jabbed the gas. It would have stuck open. Bad news. They have been told about it and what to do if it happens.

@whayden2003 , What was the verdict on the frozen throttle cable? Was it due to cold temperatures that caused it to get stuck or dirt and grime? Does anybody apply cable grease to their throttle cable?

It was frozen for sure. Going to pull it off of end and lube to mess out of it.
I took a thermos full of hot water and dumped it on the throttle cable and it worked I got it in the garage to heat up now to figure out what Lube to spray in there

I used to have a clamp that went on the end of the cable that sealed around the inner cable with a port for lubing, pull rubber boot back on the other end of the cableI spray WD 40 to wash it out and then a premium white grease for lube. Use to buy the lube clamp at all the motor cycle shops??????? And look for how the water got in.
