Just picked up my first side by side. I wanted something closer to golf cart size and liked that it fit in the truck bed. Super excited, supposed to pick up the roof next week. I want 26-27” tires as well, should I keep the stock rims or change rims?

Welcome from NW Ga. 27 tires here, big improvement in ride. Do you have 50 inch restricted trails issue? Offset rims can add width.

Thanks, no trail restrictions around the house but may take it other places so idk. I like it being more narrow for tight spots also don’t mind keeping stock rims. I’ll have to keep an eye out for some larger tires. I notice the front tires don’t exactly spin freely when front is jacked up And make a slight whine while riding. I assume that’s normal? Thanks again.

General recommendation when going up in tire size, go out as well either with offset wheels or spacers (some do both), to help with stability.
