Looking good!!! Not that it really matters but my OCD would have to bring the rear of the door down about an inch where its even with the top of the bed.
Thats our first set second set is better

Interested - how much for a set of doors? Also, is there a way to just tighten the factory doors?

Thanks,

Waylan

He is a look at the bushing replacement. I will have more pictured later on showing them and the old one. As well as a picture of doors mounted with these.

I've got electrical tape wrapped around the bar that the striker hits to take the rattle away, but am still interested in bushings to tighten the doors if they are available.

Thanks,

Waylan

Make sure you check your rear latches where the dump bed is. I adjusted the ones under the bed and it eliminated alot of extra rattle. Whoever installed it made them not even line up correctly.

Yes thanks for the tip - I adjusted my bed 'tight' to eliminate that rattle as well. I really don't have any rattles. If I load the bed with a couple hundred pounds of deer corn it will squeak some, and I have to put new electrical tap around the striker latches once every few months, but other than that it's pretty quiet.

Were thinking about making a rubber doorjam so you wont have to use electrical tape. Just a thought right now. Would mount on your roll bar between the two door more than likely

Would there be a rubber doorjam for the front and rear doors? Or just the front?

Thanks

The bushings are in production this week. If you grab you door to you pioneer and lift up and down there was alot of play in the door. These bushings tightened it all up and took away almost all of the play. They are easy to install and work great. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
What about us 700 peeps? My driver door is floppy from a sloppy hing were I throw my foot up on the foot rest and lay my leg over on the door.

Yes they are a 2 piece @knuckledeep. Slip one in top and then the bottom and they push together in the middle. But they have a double flange unlike the stock one which only has a flange on the bottom.
