It was very easy, removed doors, c-clip (I used to call these Jesus clips) on bottom pin, pull old plastic bushing and replace with yours. Took me maybe 20 min.
I like to have fun, my doors just tend to fall off because the amount of fun and awesome in the cab is far exceeding its rating
Installed mine yesterday. Nice parts. I ordered 4 and installed them in place of the top bushing in each door. This eliminated all of the rattle in my door and reduced the door sag. All 4 doors open and close better as well as latch tighter.

Thanks for everyone positive feedback on the door hinges! Keep checking in for new things coming out. Still working on the guard replacement over the brake pads. Goodmorning, I was wondering if you would wanna try out my bushings for the P1000 on your 700. I will send you a set for your front doors and just ask for feedback and to help me pass the word around for the pioneer 700 also?
Looking into it. Were not a sheet metal shop so its not as easy to find something that will work.
Water jet UHMW with formed radius to match the inner fenders would be cool instead of sheet metal

Did you break his door on the overland adventure?
You will like them - I installed bushings on the front and the only thing i did not like is that I started noticing the rear doors
so I have another set inbound now for them... they are solid, quality and they are a tight fit (which is good).

My driver side door hangs kind of low and have to slam it to get into place! Is there away to adjust? Passenger door is smooth.

At the next stop we surveyed the damage and he told me he had fixed that same spot once before, So he could do it again. I thought he would make me ride with him the rest of the day. But no( I LIKE RIDING SHOTGUN) so I drove the rest of the day.
Yes, you can adjust the latch on the pioneer. If you loosen the two bolts it has a lot of play up and down and you will be able to make it fit perfect.
Just received my new upgraded door bushings from @RB3offroad . I will be installing them onto a 2016 700-4. The instructions are straight forward and very simple. Will have updates once I find the time to install.
