Goodmorning everyone, I was informed our website has been put up and there are Door bushing replacements available for you. As well as our annodized wheel spacers. Everything we are making here in the USA and machine them to a specified tolerance. We have a P1k5 here and I replaced our bushings all the way around. They work great and you can tell the difference. Also I was researching the pioneer 700 and the stock bushing in those doors are the same product number so these may fit that as well. I would need to find a 700 to personally test them on it as well.

The bushings look good. Does the door require drilling for installation?

Nop[e nothing at all remove the C clip and door. Stock bushing fall right out and you just push them together and put door back in. Thats the best part you dont have to change anything.

I just ordered a set too - for a pair of doors. Will get a set for the back doors if I really like the set in the front.

Got mine in yesterday - besides losing a clip when removing the pin (which was my fault) I really like these - they remove the slop - now the only flexing is just because the doors are made of plastic - not any looseness at the hinge. I will be ordering another set for the rear doors.

Anybody know what size that retaining clip is?

Yes the clip is a 7mm clip. I lost one also i removed the door like 20 times testing bushings out and one fell down. You can get at like ACE for something like .40
