lol... I have no need for that kind of power. That thing looks like a blast to drive. The clutch would be fun for a short time until it got old.

I believe it is the Yamaha Genesis 4 stroke series this is awfully close here:
This engine is 130 HP using triple 41mm throttle bodies just a hair over 1000cc.Yamaha could easily knock 15cc per cylinder off to be 999cc
They based the turbo setup of this motor as it is the 4th generation of this engine they have added a turbo being used in the YXZ1000R, pretty much same motor different mounts to them.

Well I certainly hope Honda is working on a competing Sport SXS to rival the Yamaha YXZ1000R. Alba Nate is a very experienced tuner they already have the Yamaha where it will hit 100 mph at 11,500 rpm.
Then you have MPI who has partnered with Yamaha for a bolt on turbo kit for $4K bumps it to 155 HP with stage II kit @ 210 HP and a Stage III kit at 280-310 HP. YXZ 155HP TurboCharger Kit Complete
Not to mention the YXZ1000R MSRP + the MPI turbo kit combined is still $2,500 less than a Polaris Turbo XP.
Not that we can use this much power but wow it sure would be fun to cut loose from time to time. I think we are at an interesting time for SXS performance. Just need Honda to get in the game.
