View attachment 25719 For everyone wondering how this is going to work here's a little preview. It's totally sitting on its own. Gap is 3/8 all the way buy it'll gain 1/8 on upcoming step. So I'm placing 1/4 weather strip all the way when finished. View attachment 25720
There you go again. Every time I think you can't do anything else to a P1k you pull this out of your a$$. What you going to do? Mold a door or break out a fiberglass chopper gun? I know it's not going to be foam board. Dam over achiever! Love it man! I'm about 1.5 dog beers in it. Carry on!
I'm thinking make a fiberglass mold and shoot them. Can't wait to see what you do!I'm only 1 dog beer. You're on the right thought process. I was wondering who'd get that, leave it to the race car guy! Foam hates solvents so there lies an issue but I'm testing that as the foam takes shape

Just raise the bar. LOLI'm actually going to hand lay the glass over it. Chopped glass doesn't have anywhere near the strength an leaves to many bubbles and imperfections that would have to be filled with mud. It would have to be much thicker and weight up high is a concern to me, I like to things light up top no flippy I dealt with that on the 700.
Is going to be tough to get over the foam it but I've figured a couple things out today may work and glass sandwiched foam is as light and strong as I'll ever need. It'll take a hit
He has raised the bar...time and time again!Just raise the bar. LOL
Sickening. I've quit trying to be original. I just copy him.He has raised the bar...time and time again!
