Here's where the First problem of three major lies with building your enclosure in the front. The nose tilts in from 18" back of the ROPS and will require an angle in the middle of the frame. Figuring out a window in an angled piece is a little difficult without recessing halfway into the frame. Thinking two separate windows will work for my application. May actually look pretty sick. Some vision will have to be sacrificed but winter months aren't as important to us because the tight trails get eliminated to a degree

Ok first problem done. Upper door is now one piece and the right basic shape. The upper is taped but nothing but no wedges anymore. Looking good.

Very true! Next door will be easy. Back doors will be tough. Rear panel easy!

For everyone wondering how this is going to work here's a little preview. It's totally sitting on its own. Gap is 3/8 all the way buy it'll gain 1/8 on upcoming step. So I'm placing 1/4 weather strip all the way when finished. Image

There you go again. Every time I think you can't do anything else to a P1k you pull this out of your a$$. What you going to do? Mold a door or break out a fiberglass chopper gun? I know it's not going to be foam board. Dam over achiever! Love it man! I'm about 1.5 dog beers in it. Carry on!

I'm only 1 dog beer. You're on the right thought process. I was wondering who'd get that, leave it to the race car guy! Foam hates solvents so there lies an issue but I'm testing that as the foam takes shape

I'm thinking make a fiberglass mold and shoot them. Can't wait to see what you do!

I'm actually going to hand lay the glass over it. Chopped glass doesn't have anywhere near the strength an leaves to many bubbles and imperfections that would have to be filled with mud. It would have to be much thicker and weight up high is a concern to me, I like to things light up top no flippy I dealt with that on the 700.
Is going to be tough to get over the foam it but I've figured a couple things out today may work and glass sandwiched foam is as light and strong as I'll ever need. It'll take a hit

Sucks even when I get a little time to work on the Honda I have to work extra to pay for it
Buddy wrecked his car so I'm working on it now. I hate making the Pioneer wait!06827e4bde8f1b13b8c9d3d157d9b97d
