P700m4 not shifting and codes flashing

Hello my pioneer 700 is not shifting and code flashing 4 long 4 short what can that be . I replaced the shift sensore and ecm but still not shifting and same codes

What year?
Assuming the 2014 FSM is good for your model ( and it probably is), 44 is the engine oil temp (EOT) sensor.

Here are the pages from the Factory service manual. Again, this is for the 2014, but yours is likely the same.

Without the "MCS" (the factory Honda scan tool), we don't get the sub code ( IE-the "-1"
or "-2" after the 44), so we just have to figure out what's going on through trouble shooting.
