Nice little test ride today. She pulls great! Maybe needs a little more tongue weight, but I haven't even added batteries etc yet.

It's a 700 lb trailer, I'm sure a couple of guys and we got this.

If I even go that route, I may just haul my 20' trailer with knee ramps and just drive the lot onto it and run it home that way. Another thought is to buy some more Gazateers and just drive it back to Oklahoma, be 6 weeks and 4,000 miles on the road .

Another option we're weighing is for TR1 to take the A class and the 20' trailer and meet us at the finish line and we'll RV it back. Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Green River, Steamboat, Vail, Estes Park, Dodge City, you know, make a real go of it!!!

I dunno yet but this heat issue is starting to piss me off. Heat from the shifters, heat from everywhere! Tonight I felt the front dash (I guess) right below the center storage slot and I don't know what's coming through there but it could bake a Pizza in 15 minutes. Man was it hot.

I'm considering taking every piece of plastic off surrounding the cab and covering it with foil faced, adhesive backed, foam insulation. The stuff that comes in a role. I'm not going to cook myself for 8hrs a day for 2+ weeks.

Yeah, it sucks. We've been riding the Polaris instead lately. No heat problems with it.

All I have done for heat remediation has been the foil. Rode around for a bit in town today, all under 20mph, no heat at all. There is a good bit of wind through the dash sometimes, I think the bristles like older console automatic car shifters had would work great.
