Most food does not come from china, but don't worry the South Korea supply chain is about to start having interruptions as well - China's factories (out side of the Wuhan Providence) are starting to come back online but with limited workforce as providence borders are restricted. Here is a great place to keep up with reported numbers - granted we can not trust the Chinese numbers or the other countries but this is still the most accurate for reported and it is back up with sources for each data point.
as i see biggest impact from china (that affects quality of life) is Medicine and components to make medicine. Sure there are textiles and electronics that are going to be delayed but the biggest overall impact is what happens to the economy due to supply chain - this could be the black swan that messing up the reelection.

I should add I am watching South Korea as last week they had 30 cases and this week they have 833 - that is a big jump and we are likely to see more accurate numbers coming out of SK. I don't trust china's numbers for multiple reasons but no matter the Cases outside china will either line up with China's numbers or not.

Right now reported death rate to total cases in china is 3% and outside China is 2% - I believe China's death rate to be higher but also believe that the death rate increases once health facilities are over capacity

This terrible virus will have at least ONE GOOD effect, it will remove some very bad, and or Stupid leaders. Dictators will fall. Religions will lose "leaders". Bankers and Wall Street "big shots" will die. Kings, Queens, and plenty of low life gangs and punk criminals will die. I wonder how many people around the world will die from it. The numbers already show that this will be worse than the Spanish Flu. The Spanish Flu infected almost 30% of the entire world (about 500 million people), and the death rate was about 10% ( about 50 million "officially" died). So if the HIV enhanced Corona virus only was as bad as the Spanish Flu, 30% infected would be 2.1 billion, and 10% death rate would be over 200 million dead. There is an old Webbot report that talks about something that kills more than a Billion. Between the virus, and the GSM, and don't forget about Asteroid Apophis coming in 2029, it is gonna be a difficult 10-20 years. Viruses normally kill more people in colder climates too. Moving NORTH is not a Logical thing to do.

Remember that the Spanish Flu killed people with secondary infections. Presuming antibiotics are available, that scenario is greatly lessened.
What we really need is an early spring and warm weather.
Meantime do not discount the power of mass hysteria. I lived on the gulf coast as a kid and saw hurricane preps, was in LA for the Rodney King Riots, saw how poorly prepared people are to even feed themselves for a few days, and how quickly the animals come out when law enforcement is overwhelmed.
