I’ve went thru the avian flu thing as an EMR and FF. I’ve driven the band aid buggy, cpr, you name it. Am I an expert, no I’m not.

Here’s what I do know. When it’s your time....It’s your time period. No amount of panic will help. No amount of anything will change this fact.

Spend time with friends and family. Enjoy life and don’t live in fear.
