Hey guys!

How many of you plan on snorkling your P1000? Iam making this thread because I used my sxs to go out to our cabins hunting/fishing/pleasure. We cross beaver dams and sometimes on the way back the beaver dam breaks which then floods the trail. Water gets pretty deep, I have owned rangers and rzrs in the past all snorkled, iam giving up on polaris this year and going Honda. All my friends have there sxs snorkled for this very reason. Just wondering what you Honda guys think about snorkling? Can't wait for my p1000 5 del to arrive at my dealer, becoming a Honda guy. going to be riding with lots of rangers and prowlers see what I can do this coming spring!>
Thanks

I think it's going to be really easy as the airbox is up front so cut a hole in a fender and snorkel it like a jeep.

The man with the plan. What was the product image you used to piece that image together. Looks very similar to JEEP intake.

Yes I plan on snorkeling my P1K5D even though I don't plan on going deep with it - it's more of a precautionary measure to me.
I also had my rangers snorkeled and never got into water to the bumper on them either.

Ya. Jeep snorkel.

I'm digging this version from Volant even if I just used the upright and tip looks awesome and better airflow.

I like it. It should draw in clean dry air.

Will that be the actual install location? I have such an aversion to cutting up stock parts. More power to you!
Haven't decided just yet. Not so sure I want to chop up my P1k as long as it's still shiny anyways. Lol.

I am not joking when i say that i have no problem modifying aftermarket parts but i seriously get sick to my stomach when i cut on stock parts. Even though the aftermarket parts cost more....lol, go figure.
