@P1K5Dave upgraded his fan recently. Here is a link to his thread for replacing it. I did not see a link to which fan he purchased in the thread.

I got mine from ebay. It included the adapter plate to mount it up to the Pioneer, and it was plug-and-play. Not sure if the one you linked supplies you with the adapter plate, but it's something I'd make sure of.

I've been very happy with my Spal fan. Quieter than stock and moves more air. It's a pain to install but worth the work.
