Might have to check out these for the R4By popular request I have received from customers, I'm working on a 4 seat specific set of driver seat riser rails.

The 4 seat Talon has limitations behind the front seats with frame members so the 2 seat rails will not work without modifications. I've successfully modified a few of the X2 rails from customer input to fit the X4. This cad model view shows the new X4 version with specifications of:
My local sheet metal shop is making a steel set to test fit. Once verified, I'll role out some aluminum pieces.
- Raises the seat 40mm (1.5")
- Moves the seat back 23mm, the max allowable
- Will be boxed aluminum construction like X2 rails
I have the driver seat setup in my R4, stop by and see what ya think.Might have to check out these for the R4

Me, too!I really like the risers, glad I got them 👍
They are in possession of Fedex so should be later this week or early next week.@highpocket74 when do anticipate a batch for the 2 seater being available again?
I’ll be making some orders within the next week or so…stand by!They are in possession of Fedex so should be later this week or early next week.

I’m curious to the modifications. On the ones I just installed on my x4 i simply cut a steeper angle on the rear section with my sawzall.Four seater seat riser rails are out for fit testing. Once they are verified to fit properly I'll get a mass order started.
I incorporated shortening the rails as you did into the X4 version. Since the X4 can't be moved 40mm back, I relocated the holes at 23mm, 3mm further back than the front holes on the X2 version, which should be the max that the seat can moved back, based on feedback and pictures from customers. I'll post some comparison model shots. Minor changes for a custom fit. I'd rather have parts that fit each machine perfectly than a universal fit that is not perfect on either machine.I’m curious to the modifications. I saw X4 and lost interestOle Tie Rod Tim, can't see 5 posts back. Put that beer down, buddy! LOL. 😆
I’ll take some photos of what I did when I get home. I used the 40mm holes no problem. The latch is tight and the seat back is firmly back on the tube but I don’t care.I incorporated shortening the rails as you did into the X4 version.
