Man changing shocks is so quick and easy, threw the fronts on really quick tonight.

Nice looking build so far! Now time to get some dirt on that clean white ride!

Can you tell me about the floor jack / lift you are using?

Thanks!

Getting close, still need to install winch, new front bumper, skid plate, dual battery and some storage. Was also hoping to get the plastics wrapped but we’ll see if that ever arrives.

Here is the jack 1500 lb. Aluminum ATV / Motorcycle Lift I really like it and it automatically locks in the up position as you go up so it can’t just drop, have to unlock it to lower it.

Spent the morning doing the gig that pays the bills but spent the afternoon working on snowflake since the kids are at their moms.

Installed the winch and only ran the blue and yellow wires, will wait to wire it all up once my battery shows up. Also removed the hondasxs front light bar from the stock bumper, just to remount it on the LE front bumper. Also took the time to adjust the rear diff, it was slightly out of adjustment.

Not sure on the placement of the winch solenoid but it fits super tight in the spot it’s in and doesn’t interfere with the hood. Also not sure about the light bar placement but I don’t want to put it below the top bar and didnt really like it above it but might remount it and see what I think.

Today was a day of storage mods, the throttle max and rear view mirror. The Amazon made in China drink holders mounted up perfect, wasn’t too sad/concerned going with these as they probably make the Honda brand holders for Honda.

Skipped fooseball and instead went to installing the SATV skid plate and frame stiffener. I was wondering if the skid plate would be a pia if I didn’t put my utv on its side, naw it’s not bad at all to crawl under and just hold up as you go. Might help that the SATV skid plate comes in 4 pieces.

Does the skid completely cover the frame stiffener?
It would, you have to cut that part off if using the frame stiffener. I had asked them before hand and that was what they said to do, now I think if you really wanted it you could mount it without removing but really I saw no need with the stiffener on, it is very stout and protective.

Started on the second battery and placing everything. I think these spots will allow for a clean look and are the common areas most mount them, stole @Russ989 idea on the fuse box mounting area, used the plastic I cut out of the rear door for storage for it.

That's where I mounted the fuse panel, I was a little concerned about battery replacement, I routed the wires where I had some slack and secured with zip ties, when I replaced the battery, cut a couple zip ties and flopped it outta the way. Looks good!

That’s exactly what I was thinking I would do.

Was able to get a little more wiring done today, true isolator is working perfect, stays lit blue for maybe a min max then you can hear it click off. I did a test fit of the air box, it still fits without issue.

Winch and Fuse box are wired off the stinger, this ok? I also wired the factory winch ground to a common bussbar. I’m going to prewire the battery tonight so it’s easy to just connect it once I’m ready. Think I’ll do the switch plate next and need to wire in the fan override plus waiting for the backup light override.

Let me know if you guys see any issues with it so far.

Also on another note, are all of the pioneers hard to start when cold, mine actually fired up then died and backfired first startup, second one it started right up. I’ve notice as it has been cooling off it hasn’t fired up as fast as when warm out.

Also having the intake closed up with the glove maybe didn’t help 😂
