Anyone ever try something like this? Obviously not a real fix but may get you back to the trailer.

For that price you can get one or two tie rods to carry around as spares 🤷‍♂️

I’ve done it with a stick, some zip ties and duct tape on a TRX 200. We drove about 5 miles and it held fine.

I agree with above that for that price you could carry a spare.

Reassemble the tie rod end. Set the toe, you can count how many turns to remove the tie rod end and get a rough setting from that. Reinstall the cotter pin, mount the wheel and your good to go. Wow this got long. Wonder if I could get a job writing the official accessory installation...

I don't think that would fix most pioneer tie rods. Carrying spares is the best bet.
