Todd,
You played anymore with the tuner?
Yes. I did some data logging and worked with another engineer to revise the fuel map. Making slow progress.

There's a chance next summer will be hard on parts. Out with the Quadboss QBT846 in a 28x10 and upgrading to EFX Motivators 30x9.5.
Old tires were 54lbw mounted, new ones are 66 lbs mounted. View attachment 232779View attachment 232780View attachment 232781View attachment 232782View attachment 232783
Looking forward to having some side lug for climbing ruts
How much air pressure are you running in these bad boys?

Ran my ITP's at 7.5 yesterday in rock crawling trail cruising mode, that included a couple of two foot rock ledges and a lot of nasty rocks. No winch was used. Today we revisited a trail that had been shut down for several years, it was rough, we were crawling over and down creek banks with two foot high rocks, got very interesting and no break downs. About flopped, had to gas it and hit the the big rock on the down hill side to keep me from going over. We had a blastThe new tires look rock hard at 12psi. They have a 1250 lb rating at 15psi so by comparison the old tires were 535lbs at 24psi, I ran the 28s at 13.5. I'm guessing I'll be dropping the pressure to 8-10psi
Welcome to the 30” club, those look like they have great side bite. There's a chance next summer will be hard on parts. Out with the Quadboss QBT846 in a 28x10 and upgrading to EFX Motivators 30x9.5.

Let me know how you like those, I’ve been looking at a set of those to add up high for some side lighting. With my 28s and forward arms, I found my headlights were always dirty. I'm not convinced these will be a lot better but I added a-pillar cubes with daytime running lights. They are Rough Country lights and brackets.

My passenger side never loosens up. I added a jam nut on my drivers side and it still loosened up. I'll have to see if I still have the bolt, but it looked like it worked the nylock nut loose then stretched the threads and loosened up. That was before I put the RB3 bushings in that would actually take grease. New bolt, nylock nut, and no jam nut and it was still tight after 3 days in TN. I drilled out a bolt for a castle nut and cotter pin if/when this one works loose. My garage products front a-arm bushings finally came in. Really nice product.
Pins and bushings are high quality and fit very well. I lubed everything as I installed them.

The stock bushings looked pretty rough. As I recall I installed the arms without removing the bushings and lubing all the surfaces.

I replaced both upper control arm bolts and added a jam nut. From what I can tell the right upper control arm bolt lost clamp load and started to bend as it wore through the threads

Let's hope this solves the problem. It's likely the broken driver side upper bolt from August was due to lost clamp load too.

Not 100% sure but I think I have zero additional modifications before I go riding again. Hoping to get to Mulberry Mountain in March and I have a trip planned to RRB the week after Takeover.
