Might be able to keep some food warm for ya....😂😂

I figured maybe small zipped bags of miscellaneous hardware or whatever......?? I always have all my seats occupied so I try to store crap in every nook and cranny of then damn thing 😂

NoMo NTC!!!!
Do you have the storage door under the driver seat? That's the best use of space. The rear door storage is clumsy and hard on hinges but under seat is great

This is the first I've heard of the rear side door storage being hard on hinges, that's why I never did this mod. Yea I know you say your going to just put light stuff in there and the next thing you know you've got the kitchen sink in there! HA!

I struggled with them. I typically only had a folding shovel, straps and spare tie rods and upper control arm bolts in there with a dry bag. The doors closed poorly and with nothing in them they work fine

Thankful I didn't do the mod. Almost did?

No door yet, but I do use that space. Thought of doing the rear quarter (small panel) storage just never seem to find the time. I think the door mod is an awesome idea but yeah I think it'd be a bit too much weight. My kids hang on the doors as it is sooooo 🤦‍♂️

I saw somewhere a version of the under seat covers that has a deep well on the driver's side for storage. I think it was in the sneak peek pics of the 22 model

Yup, saw that in the video someone posted. It's like the after market under seat storage compartment

My 2022 tie rods came in today. Honda has already updated the parts manual to make these replacements for all the 2016-2021 machines and they are beefy with the exception of the smaller m10 but on the taper but they improved the nut to have a much larger flange. Pics and part numbers attached.

The new tie rods are 3 pieces and the inner tie rod link is now an M16 vs the old m14.

Steering rack went in without issue. Tie rods were wrong from the dealer. They were for a Talon X. My 2022 Pioneer tie rods should be here today or tomorrow.

Added my PV3 wide band O2 and a second dash mag mount for my phone and PV3. Also added a USB charger on the dash.

You have done a ton of work your Honda. Now after all said and done, are there things you like way more or things that didn’t really change much in performance? That is a super nice ride! Great job on it!

The Elkas and 30" tires really make it ride nice.
The added wheel base of the SuperATV arms is a perfect fit for me with no additional width and no significant change in height.

The chopped cage is a bit clumsy but it looks a lot better and there's about 10 extra ft of tube sleeved in there so it's held up well.

The frame gussets, tube sliders and frame cross members are must have add ons

The warn front bumper is awesome and tough. Great plow mount, good recovery points, great winch mount and enough bumper.

The rear winch and HMF exhaust turned out cool. The exhaust is loud even with the quiet core but I haven't found a better way to do both.

Can-am retractable harnesses were a huge improvement over the previous adjustable Dragon fire harnesses I had.

Brake pads... I still can't make this stop well. I have a new set of EBC mud/off road pads. Race driven pads were awful, as low as 300 miles. Honda pads and EBC sintered pads both last around 750-1000 miles.

I like the idea of the door storage mod but the doors close too clumsy with weight in them. I prefer the underseat storage door and access.

Spal radiator fan is a must have and I like the override switch even with significantly more aggressive fan logic with the PV3. Speaking of the PV3, it's nice to tune these machines and I've appreciated the changes I've made. It doesn't change it from a golf cart to a monster truck as some may say but you can definitely make a more aggressive trail machine out of it.

Lights... I've had a couple different options for lights and the Rough Country lights have been very durable and are bright enough without being a 50" monster with a huge current draw. I really like the amber chase lights. Since installing them nearly our whole riding group has at least 1 amber light. The Honda roof makes 1 centered light tough but having 2 can be awkward in the dust with other machines approaching. An automatic reverse light is a must have. My interior light sucks and this is my 3rd attempt, maybe 1 more rev needed there.

The SuperATV split windshield is nice. I don't appreciate the upper half as much as others but the lower is great year round.

My snorkel works. It looks goody but it works and it adds a decent but not so durable second filter. I haven't seen someone do it better so I haven't changed it.

Overall it's tough to be negative about one thing or another. This is my second Pioneer and if something doesn't work for me, I'm ok with changing it.

Nice!! Thanks for the info. When you say clumsy on the roof rack chop what do you mean? That’s on my list of things to do real soon. The roof rack is just a bit tall and catches a ton of limbs.

I like the nets and with 3" out of the roof height I catch my helmet visor on the nets more often because I have them very tight and there's less room for accessories like my mirrors and windshield

2022 Pioneer tie rods are a confirmed fit and they look good too. The outers match the Talon X and the inners are a beefier middle tube that the original tie rods. The geometry keeps the tie rod from rubbing my tires are full lock and pinching the brake likes with SuperATV arms.

Nice. Did you find complete kit or just order all the individual pieces?

Got out for a 110 mile ride today. First time out with the 2022 under seat panels, 2022 tie rods and @RB3offroad rack. This machine drives great again. The rack feels great with minimal torque feedback in the wheel and similar steering effort. The turn in is smooth and quick. This was 100% worth it.

The underseat panels are also great. The seat cushion stays cool all day. The engine compartment is very well sealed from the seat. There is more heat in the seat back than I remember but with my fan on all the heat goes away. Huge comfort improvement and it blocks some of the fan noise.

Changed the diff fluid front and rear... Not really sure when I changed it last. Front was clean like new. Rear was black and smelled burned. Whoops. Both have amsoil, the beatings will continue . Amsoil diff fluid bags are awesome
