Back together up front with 1/8" more preload in the front shocks. Maybe I'll keep the tires off the grill/headlights. Rear is going up a bit when I get there next week.
I guess @RB3offroad has a discount code they haven't shared yet but clearly I'm sponsored now.
All joking aside. I had SuperATV bushings in my front arms for less than 1000 miles and they were junk. The uppers with especially sloppy and the upper a-arm tubes were torn. Then I got Garage Products bushings. They had 2500 miles and the lowers showed about .2mm of wear which is like 1/4" at the ball joint. Laying the parts side by side the SuperATV bushings have the smallest pinin the upper bushing with very noticeable machining grooves in the plastic. Overall they feel cheap. The garage products bushingss are an oil embedded UHMW and with 2500 miles they have really no visible wear but the steel is worn and in my opinion they are worn out. If I wasn't tear the rest apart they likely have more miles in them. The RB3 bushings have really nice machined grooves for lubrication, they have the biggest steel insert and they feel really nice. They definitely are a bit thicker on the machines flange than both the SuperATV and GP bushing so they are a tight fit in the frame.
RB3 left SuperATV right
GP left (used) RB right note the lube grooves
We'll see how they hold up
