Survived Takeover 2022. Machine ran great all weekend. The RB3 Rack is awesome, the reduced steering input is really great. In 4 wheel drive it gives good feedback and the steering effort is heavy but easy to drive. With the stock steering gear I felt like you would get a lot of feedback at 25-40mph in the wheel, that is gone now. In 4 lock, it's a different story and it's hard to turn. I rarely use 4 lock so it's not a big deal. My front end has a click in it, need to retorque the steering rack and check bushings and ball joints. Machine has 3500 miles now with over 2500 on OEM ball joints in the SuperATV arms.

The 2022 tie rods held up to the abuse we put them through and that was enough for me to say they are tough. I'll have to pick up a spare but I think they are going to be fine for a while.

The rear winch was great. I used it once to recover myself. The new Traveller 6k winch was awesome with the remote control. We used it a few times including a buried 2022 RZR.

I crunched the right front fender pretty hard but it matches the left now. They are only $23-28 but I have a feeling new ones wouldn't last long anyway.

Washed everything today and felt pretty good that nothing was mangled under the mud

We put 385 miles on last weekend in the UP. Great ride. No major trail damage.

Fixed a bent rock slider today and cracked plastic.

Also noticed a bent upper a-arm on the passenger side under the shock. We will see what @SuperATV says about the warranty. The driver side is better but definitely has a slight bow too

That looks correct. As he stated, 2022 RZRs don't have rear tow points because they are so new.... Except for the big tube hook that was 2ft under ground. Bet they didn't expect our crew to show up with enough recovery gear to hook to the titanic
They were quite thankful lol. Wasn't that guys maiden voyage too?

I imagine the bent upper arms come into play here...
No. The heims are sloppy from wear. The lowers are worse than the uppers on all 4 corners. I'm guessing most of the shock misalignment is taken up by the lower heim with the offset arms

@SuperATV also sent their new built for battle stickers so I guess we're gonna send it again.

I have two sheets of pristine stickers. Willing to entertain offers. $$$
Considering the current inflation rate, you might want to hang on to them for a year or two. Wouldn't be surprised if you could then find a buyer here for $100, maybe more, especially if you throw in a gallon of gas to sweeten the deal.

My stickers cost me around $800. I'll let them go for half price. Free shipping

Upper ball joints pressed in. Lower ball joints replaced. Uppers were shot in the old arms. Lowers were loose but not sloppy. May as well start over.

Lower arms inspected for damage but checked out ok plus some rock rash.

Garage products bushings are ok condition but the pins are worn pretty bad. Reached out the GP about warranty but ordered a full set of RB3 bushings this weekend for comparison

17.4mm in the gap between bushings and 17.1mm on the bearing surface. They definitely fit sloppy in the a-arm tabs.

I didn't grab pictures of the lower shock heims but they were shot. New ones went in pretty easy and I put in new o-rings

Made some washers today for all 8 lower a-arm tabs. I'll beef those up while it's apart and weld the washers in after straightening all the tabs
