With the addition of the spare tire carrier, I would like to add a rear tow point. Also the rear tow point could be used for tying down to the trailer.

Here is what I come up with for now. It's light weight, not noisy, no permanent modification, and super quick to install.

I bought these two tow straps

There is a hole in the frame down low near the hitch. I used the supplied bolt and made my own large washer/backing plate.

I'll get the other pics later, I must have forgotten the installed pic.

I love them! They cheap and waterproof.

Here's a pic of just the two interior lights.

Those are so cheap I put two in the front and have 2 more for the back.
Yeah - almost too bright. Might screw up my night vision after I turn them on to see the gear selector.

Having them mounted above the driver and passenger they also spill enough light out the sides to act as puddle lights.

Work is still keeping me busy. I did manage to drop in the bedliner. I know, big job right! For anyone interested in the fit and finish....

Up next was the winch, front bumper, and limb risers. The winch was a lot easier than I thought. Step one was to throw away the OEM instructions and do it my way.

It can be screwed down but I don't do it.

It lays flat and is easy to remove.

I will use these tie down points for strapping to the trailer and maybe towing other vehicles or items.

Where did you get those tie downs? I need something like that cause currently I use the rollbar and it's rubbing off the paint. By the way those a-arms are wicked!!!

give us an update on if they rattle? did u get them powder coated or did he do it or paint?

I gave them a good shakedown ride today and didn't hear any rattle. I was expecting to hear a lot and thought I would have to put a bungee cord on them. I may throw a bungee in the glove box just in case but so far, so good.

TS iron work powder coated them. I guess if they ever start to rust I will sand blast them and powder coat them myself. Several years back Sears discontinued their powder coat system and I bought two for $60! I powder coated my snorkel tube and it turned out nice.

They look good and it's a good idea to have them.

I have to give credit where credit is due. @Whiskey1 did it first and have me the contact to purchase them. You can get shackles anywhere, but this guy does a good job of making the baseplate fit the bumper nicely.
