P1000 Underhood electrical questions

I have a 2020 1000-5 deluxe, im wiring a switch panel and winch. I have read most threads on the subjuct but cant seem to find out what that 40a plug is for next to the battery. Also are these things pre -wired for a winch ? I see a big black wire coming up near the battery taped off for future use

The blue taped wire is a ground for the winch.

 

[Hondasxs]

One 40A is for power steering.
i4wd models will have a second one for the i4wd system.
