Vent lines with soft shell enclosure

Hi guys. I ordered a soft shell enclosure for my p1000-5. Question is. Will the soft shell enclosure fit with the vent lines extended on the cage pillars or will the vent lines need to be removed to install the enclosure. Thanks a ton!
