Comes in handy when your moving. The house is done and now it’s the supply/equipment yard, a lot of stuff that must be loaded on the trailer with my tractor, I’m happy not to have rain or snow or 15* to contend with.Nice

Finally dried out for 3 days so did the big tree/brush burn pile yesterday before rain storms return today, anuual burn ban here takes effect at end of month. Glad I had the Stihl backpack blower to accelerate the burn rate before nightfall. Made the fire look like a blast furnace. Coal pile soaked with many front end loader buckets of pond water, not taking chances with the nearby barn and Toys inside.

Frost laws usually last for a few weeks, you can't haul heavy loads on the roads due to the frost coming out of the ground. Makes the base just under the road mushy and heavy loads will tear up the paving. Once the frost comes out and the water permeates, you're good to go again. For guys hauling dozers,excavators, gravel trains, you might be locked and unable to move anything for a bit.
