Okay I'm caught up now.

Chance of freezing fog tonight in SE part of state.

This week will be cool at night slow build into 70's by midweek. Slight chances of rain late week. Unsettled pattern for next week again.
We keep falling into the upper teens at night makes a slow warm up during the day, tonight 28* and high 50's, think I'll run around naked! HA!

After looking at weather forecast again. Very well could be severe weather this coming weekend.

Keep your head down!!

* WHAT...The avalanche danger for the warning area will rise to
high today.

* WHERE...The mountains of the Idaho Panhandle and Northwest
Montana.

* WHEN...In effect from Mon 08:00 PST to Tue 08:00 PST.

* IMPACTS...Recent heavy and wet snow combined with wind will is
likely creating widespread areas of unstable snow. Snow will
turn to rain for all but the highest peaks as snow levels rise
through the day. Wet slab avalanches will become increasingly
likely as rain wets our new snow and upper snowpack.

* PRECAUTIONARY / PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Very dangerous avalanche
conditions. Travel in avalanche terrain is not recommended.
Avalanches may run long distances and can run into mature
forests, valley floors, or flat terrain.

Leave the snowmobile in the garage.

fresh out of em...CP talked me into selling them since we haven't had near as much snow as we had when we lived North of Sandpoint. I could leave the house and go up the Selkirk mountains right behind the house and go to Washington or BC if I wanted. I miss mine...they will go where only tracked side by side can dare go and a lot more places. Maybe I can talk her into a Halloween present.

Almost everyone in Cape Breton has one. By my brothers in Margaree, there is lots of snow every year in the highlands. You probably saw the picture of the guy with his hand straight up over his head and couldn’t touch the top.
But no avalanches. Tracks would be really cool.

Did you see the 3 mile long line of vehicles from Russia going into Ukraine. I know you love the A10 too. Ukraine needs a few of the Warthogs . It would look like Sadam’s army trying to get back to Iraq. One long line of burnt vehicles.
