Tomorrow 100 degrees will be hottest day of week. Down hill slide after that into upper 80's with low humidity this coming weekend.

My wife spent last week at her annual family reunion in Hot Springs Arkansas. She go's to a Bath house and pays to sit in hot spring water. I don't want any part of that.

Eelectricity been off for 10 hours. 84 in house. Heat index 113 outside.

Our AC went down for 24 hr, went to bed at 80* with fans wasn't bad. Reminded me of the good ole days. HA!

I would like in form the group that Kevin aka Caper has passed on July 27th. I went to his funeral today. He had several strokes and did not recover from them.

I would like that. I wish they would have the family reunion in cooler weather, but they do it in in the summer so every ones kids are out of school and can attend. Big family, they usually have 100 to 150 people show up. My mother-in-law was one of 11 brothers and sisters My wife nags me into going every 2 or 3 years.

Trigger, any snow in Michigan. The highlands in Cape Breton have lots.

That's a painful reminder. Once I was on a (gov/amaco sponsored) oil rig drilling, research job at 10,000+ feet elv.
For 3 years I had crews plow 24/7 for rig crew, fuel, emergency and parts access. That's what the road looked like after a good blow x 27 miles of road.. We used 992 loaders with blowers, Idaho norland blowers, 16 G graders with v plows and wings, D9 dozers, semi truck plows and snow cats when s*** really hit the fan and we couldn't keep up.
Sometimes helicopter and air drops for food and necessities too. I was young and thought it was fun. Almost missed my wedding by 1 hour, being able to plow my way out.
Camp job.
And yes, there are tremendous unknown oil and gas reserves in the Rocky Mtns.
Just takes the right politics and a pipeline.
